Creating a Coupon card in LoyaltyMaster is a straightforward process. Let's go through each step in detail in this manual.

Step 1: Login and Access the Cards Module

After a successful login, navigate to the left-hand menu. From the list of modules, click the 'Cards' icon to open the Cards module.

Step 2: Creating a Card From Scratch

In the Cards module, you can create a card using a pre-loaded template or create one from scratch. To create a card from scratch, click the 'From Scratch' button. This initiates the Coupon card creation workflow.

The card creation process consists of 5 sections:

  1. Card Type
  2. Settings
  3. Design
  4. Information
  5. Save and preview

Card Type

  1. This section lets you choose the type of card you want to create. Since we're creating a Coupon card, select 'Coupon' from the available card types.
  2. After selecting, click the 'Continue' button to move to the 'Settings' section.

Settings

This section allows you to customize the settings for your Coupon card.

  1. Choose the language for the card using the 'Language' dropdown.
  2. Set the card's expiration date using the radio buttons under 'Card Expiration Date'. It's recommended to select 'Fixed term after card issuing', and then specify the number of days until the card expires after issuance.
  3. Set the location(s) where the card can be used in the 'Locations' field.
  4. Use the 'Linked Card Template' dropdown to define the pattern the coupon transforms into after use.
  5. Enter the rewards awarded to the customer upon visiting for the first time using the 'Reward for the first visit field.
  6. Define the fields you want to include on the card under the 'Card Issuing Form' heading.
  7. Use the 'Field Type' dropdown to select the type of field you are adding, and enter the field's name in the 'Field Name' text field.
  8. Enable the 'Required' or 'Unique' toggles as needed.
  9. To remove a field, click the 'Remove' button, or to add a new field, click the 'Add Field' button.
  10. Under the UTM field, create a channel link for analytics tracking of traffic generated by that channel. Record the channel's name in 'Source Name', then click 'Add a link with UTM Tag'.
  11. Select the region for communication calls using the 'Phone Mask' dropdown.
  12. Enable or disable the 'Privacy Policy toggle as needed. If enabled, enter the privacy policy in the field provided.
  13. If you need customer consent regarding the processing of their personal data, enable the 'Consent to the processing of personal data' toggle.
  14. For customized analytics generation, paste your script into the 'Analytics' textbox.
  15. Click 'Continue' to move to the 'Design' section.

Design

This section allows you to set the design of the Coupon card.

  1. Click the 'Select File' button from the 'Logo' heading to choose a logo to be displayed on the card and on the release form from your system storage.
  2. Similarly, click the 'Select File' button from the 'Icon' heading to choose an icon from your system storage to be displayed in the push messages.
  3. Choose an icon from your system storage for the centre of the card by clicking the 'Select File' button under the 'Background of the central part' heading.
  4. Set the colours for 'Card Background', 'Text Color', and 'Background colour of the centre part' using the colour pickers.
  5. Choose the type of field and the name of the field you want to include on the card using the 'Field' dropdown and 'Field Name' fields, respectively.
  6. Enable the 'Show logo at the card issuing form' and 'Show background colour on the card issuing form' toggles as needed.
  7. Click 'Continue' to move to the 'Information' section.

Information

This section allows you to fill in the relevant information on the card.

  1. Enter the promotion's name using the 'Promotion Name' field.
  2. Fill in the 'Company Name' field as appropriate.
  3. Enable the 'Referral Program' toggle as needed.
  4. Select when the bonus is issued to a customer from the options under 'Get bonus at the moment when'.
  5. Use the 'Type', 'Link', and 'Text' fields to add active links on the card. Click 'Add Link' to add additional links.
  6. Select a service under 'Feedback Links' and provide the relevant URL. Click 'Add Link' for additional feedback links.
  7. Enable the 'Terms of Use toggle and enter the terms of use in the field provided.
  8. Include a link to your T&Cs in the 'Link to full terms and conditions field.
  9. Enter the card issuer's information in the 'Company Name', 'Email', and 'Contact Number' fields.
  10. Click 'Activate' to activate the template, then 'Finish' to move to the 'Save & Preview' section.

Save & Preview

This section lets you preview, activate, and share the card.

  1. A preview of the template will be displayed.
  2. Scan the QR code at the top of this preview.
  3. Click 'Copy Link' to copy the card's link.
  4. Click 'Activate Card' to activate the card.
