Creating a Multipass card in LoyaltyMaster involves several key steps. We'll go through each one in detail in this manual.
Step 1: Login and Access the Cards Module
Upon successful login, navigate to the left-hand menu. From the list of modules, click the 'Cards' icon to open the Cards module.
Step 2: Creating a Card From Scratch
In the Cards module, you can create a card using a pre-loaded template or from scratch. To create a card from scratch, click the 'From Scratch' button. This initiates the Multipass card creation workflow.
The card creation process consists of 5 sections:
- Card Type
- Settings
- Design
- Information
- Save and preview

Card Type
- This is the first section. Here, you choose the type of card you want to create.
- From the available card types, click 'Multipass'.
- Once selected, click the 'Continue' button to move to the 'Settings' section.
Settings
This section allows you to customize the settings for your Multipass card.
- Choose the language for the card using the 'Language' dropdown.
- Set the card's expiration date using the radio buttons under 'Card Expiration Date'. It is recommended to select 'Fixed term after card issuing', and then specify the number of days until the card expires after issuance.
- Set the location(s) where the card can be used in the 'Locations' field.
- Define the fields you want to include on the stamp card under the 'Card Issuing Form' heading.
- Use the 'Field Type' dropdown to select the type of field you are adding, and enter the field's name in the 'Field Name' text field.
- Enable the 'Required' or 'Unique' toggles as needed.
- To remove a field, click the 'Remove' button, or to add a new field, click the 'Add Field' button.
- Under the UTM field, create a channel link for analytics tracking of traffic generated by that channel. Record the channel's name in 'Source Name', then click 'Add a link with UTM Tag'.
- Select the region for communication calls using the 'Phone Mask' dropdown.
- Enable or disable the 'Privacy Policy' toggle as needed. If enabled, enter the privacy policy in the field provided.
- If you need customer consent regarding the processing of their personal data, enable the 'Consent to the processing of personal data' toggle.
- For customized analytics generation, paste your script into the 'Analytics' textbox.
- Click 'Continue' to move to the 'Design' section.
Design
This section allows you to set the design of the Multipass card.
- Set the number of stamps at which the reward can be redeemed under the 'Stamp Count' heading.
- Use the 'Active Stamp' dropdown to select the icon representing an active stamp and the 'Inactive Stamp' dropdown for an inactive stamp.
- Upload icons for an active stamp, inactive stamp, logo, icon, and background under the stamps by clicking the 'Select File' button under each heading.
- Set the colours for 'Card Background', 'Text Color', 'Stamp Background', 'Outline Color', 'Active Stamp', 'Inactive Stamp', and 'Background under stamp'.
- Use the 'Field' dropdown and 'Field Name' fields to select and name the fields on the card.
- Enable the 'Show the logo at the card issuing form' and 'Show background colour on the card issuing form' toggles as needed.
- Click 'Continue' to proceed to the 'Information' section.
Information
This section allows you to fill in relevant information on the card.
- Fill in the 'Card Description', 'Company Name', and 'Service' fields as appropriate.
- Use the 'Number of points for using the card' field to define the number of points awarded to the customer when using the card.
- Set the 'Message about the accounted use of the card' to be displayed to the customer upon transaction.
- Enable or disable the 'Referral Program' as required.
- Define when the bonus is issued to a customer from the options under 'Get bonus at the moment when'.
- Set the number of points a customer earns upon sharing their card via the referral program using the 'Number of points for the referrer' and 'Number of points for a referral' fields.
- Choose the number of stamps awarded to the customer upon sharing the card via the referral program using 'Number of uses of the card for the referrer', and 'Stamps count for the new customer' for registration via the referral program.
- Under 'Active Links', add active links on the card using the 'Type', 'Link', and 'Text' fields. Click 'Add Link' to add additional links.
- To gather customer feedback, select a service under 'Feedback Links' and provide the relevant URL. Click 'Add Link' for additional feedback links.
- Enable the 'Terms of Use toggle and enter the terms of use in the field provided.
- Include a link to your T&Cs in the 'Link to full terms and conditions field.
- Enter the card issuer's information in the 'Company Name', 'Email', and 'Contact Number' fields.
- Click 'Activate' to activate the template, then 'Finish' to move to the 'Save & Preview' section.
Save & Preview
This section lets you preview, activate, and share the card.
- A preview of the template will be displayed.
- Scan the QR code at the top of this preview.
- Click 'Copy Link' to copy the card's link.
- Click 'Activate Card' to activate the card.
