1.1 How to Use Filter Parameters

  1. Login to your Loyaltymaster account.
  2. Navigate to the "Customers" section in the left-hand menu.
  3. On this screen, you'll find numerous parameters for filtering your customer base. They include Card Balance, Device Type, Card Serial Number, Card Status, UTM tag, Current Number of Use, Registration Date, Email, Gender, Name, Phone, Unused Rewards, Number of Stamps, and Customer Birthday.
  4. Filters can be overlapped based on AND/OR conditions.

The filters can involve:

  • Comparisons to a specific value such as equal, not equal, more, less, etc.
  • Setting a range of values such as date from - date to.
  • Entering an array of values: equal to one from the list.

Troubleshooting: If you can't see all the filter parameters, ensure you have the necessary permissions to access these features. If you're still experiencing issues, refresh your page or restart the Loyaltymaster application.

  1. The RFM - segments filter group allows you to segment customers based on duration and frequency of visits. The visit periods included in the analysis are 0-30 days, 31-60 days, and 61-90 days, with varying numbers of visits for each period.
