1. Is it easy to cancel my subscription?
Yes, it is. You can cancel your subscription anytime by emailing us at admin@loyaltymaster.com.
The monthly quota you’ve paid for will remain available until the end of the billing period, and you won't be billed again after that.
2. What kind of payments do you accept?
We currently accept payments via Paypal.
3. Is there a setup fee?
No, there are no setup fees to join Loyaltymaster and start your digital loyalty card journey.
4. Is it possible to upgrade or downgrade my subscription?
Yes, you can change to a higher or lower subscription level anytime with a pro-rated payment. When you change your subscription, the new quota applies immediately.
