Setup

Access Settings:

Open the Scanner App.

Click on Settings.

Configure Company Information:

Enter your Company Name (e.g., "LA Coffee").

Enter your provided API Key from your Loyaltymaster Console.

Click Save Settings.

API Testing:

Test your API key by clicking on Test API Key.

If an error occurs, click on Error Log to diagnose.

For unresolved issues, contact Loyaltymaster Support.

Customization:

Choose between Light Mode, Dark Mode, or System Default for app appearance.

Daily Usage
Adding Customer Stamps
-
Scan QR Code:
-
Use the scanner to quickly capture the customer's loyalty QR code.

Customer information will auto-populate on screen.

Manual Lookup (if needed):

lick on View All Customers.

Select customer by unique identifier (e.g., phone number).
-

Add Stamps:
-
After selecting customer, click Add Stamps.
-
Transaction completes automatically; the app is immediately ready for next customer.

Redeeming Customer Rewards

Locate Customer:
-
Scan QR code or manually enter customer identifier (phone number).

Redeem Reward:
-
Click on Redeem Rewards.
-
Note the number of available rewards.
-
Choose number of rewards (max available).
-
Confirm redemption; loyalty card updates instantly.

Important: Customers
cannot redeem more rewards than indicated.
Troubleshooting

API Key Errors:

If the app encounters errors, access the Error Log in settings.

Review log details and update your API key if needed.
